MOAR HELP PLZ! (I'm hopeless...)

I seriously feel like I'm made of fail right now...

Huge heaping piles of fail. =(

I just bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 and cannot tell if it's what I want at all. Do you guys use photoshop? If so, what edition/whatever?

I want to understand computers... or technology in general would be good...
